All the gossip* from the St Michael’s Christmas Karaoke Party!

*Disclaimer – there will be no gossip. Everyone was very well-behaved.

Greetings rowers and welcome to the very last – and very late – “Wednesday” email of the year. Hope to see lots of you at the festive last maintenance session of the year on Saturday.

Thanks to all that attended the Christmas Karaoke on Saturday- you made it a blast.

For those who couldn’t make it, you were missed  but there will be other nights.

Big thanks to all those who sang – loads of competition at the top level this year with Nialll Dennehy marginally winning the coveted and priceless Euro shop plastic mini trophy  (and a bottle of wine).

While competition was massive at the other end of the spectrum too, there was one clear favourite on the night.. If you missed the WhatsApp of  Ann’s superb effort, check it out – it was an epic performance.

Aoife took home the prize for a the most Christmassy outfit and the Ryan family were awarded best homemade effort.

So all that’s left is to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Remember: please pass on any unwanted Christmas gifts that could be used as raffle prizes. We need everything to support our fundraising efforts this year now we have a boat and oars on the the way!
