Please remember to put in as many zeros as possible to make life easier for the scheduler.
Some notes on Club Comms:
– Weather Watchers will communicate a cancellation via Whats App Info Only group on the afternoon of the scheduled row. New members please be sure to join this group – you have been sent an invite link.
– Weather Watchers – every member should be in the Info Only group so there should be no need to post in Banter group but if you are, use caps/bold/lots of space to make the message stand out among all that banter.
– Can’t make a row? If you have been scheduled to row it is your responsibility to turn up or find someone to replace you.
– The best way to do this is to click in to the Availability Sheet for that week and see who else had a zero down for that time slot, then give them a call or a text.
– New member queries
New members – if you have an urgent query, try and ask someone on the slip or through Whats App – the Club Secretary monitors the email account but your query may not be seen or responded to in time if it is relating to a rowing session.
